Neighbors of Madison LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana, has open RV lots in a peaceful, welcoming community-and we accept older and newer RVs as long as they're structurally sound and ready to hook up.

What We Require:
Before moving your RV into the park, we'll need:

Pictures of all four sides of the RV (showing tip-outs and door placements)

Year, make, model, length, and width of the RV

Amperage of the unit

Total number of slide-outs, if any

Title in your name

All equipment (water lines, sewer, and electrical) must be in working condition

Application Process:
All applicants must be approved before selecting a lot or signing a lease.
To apply, you will need:

Valid photo ID

Social Security card

Proof of income (last 30 days of pay stubs, an award letter for fixed income, or last 2 years of 1040 tax returns for self-employed individuals)

A $40 non-refundable application fee per adult (18+) living in the RV

Once your application and documentation are submitted, a decision is usually made within 24 to 48 hours!

We do not require a minimum income to live at Neighbors of Madison LLC.
We simply want responsible tenants who will be part of our long-term community.
